I maintain large stocks of standard items such as number plate covers, fittings, etc., and can usually dispatch these within a day or so of your payment being received. However, each Custom plate bracket is individually manufactured to suit your specific number plate/vehicle combination. Although many orders are dispatched within a week, please expect to wait up to fifteen working days.
If I anticipate a longer delay, I will contact you to advise you of an expected time-frame and the reason for the delay.
I use Australia Post for all deliveries, as they currently have the largest and most flexible delivery network.
For delivery within Australia, the following options will be available to choose from on your way through the checkout process:
- Parcel Post with Tracking. This is the regular parcel post service but with the addition of a tracking facility. On the evening of the day your parcel is lodged with Australia Post you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. In the event of your parcel going astray or being unduly delayed, this number can be used to to assist in its recovery.
- Parcel Post with Tracking and Signature on Delivery. As above but with the additional security of a signature being required on delivery.
- I also offer an Express Parcel Post service for deliveries within Australia. Please note that design and manufacturing time must still be taken into account. If you have a deadline, be sure to let me know and I will do all I can to accommodate your time constraints.
There may be a delay in dispatching products which are not currently listed, i.e. products I have agreed to design and manufacture for you specifically. There will be no extra charge for the products (unless they differ significantly from current designs) and I will keep you informed of progress. Once completed, your order will be dispatched by Australia Post.
You may also arrange to pick up your purchases from my Ulverstone, TAS office if you live locally. Please contact me first to arrange a convenient time and day. My contact details are listed at the foot of this page.
If your parcel has not arrived within ten (10) working days of receiving dispatch advice (a personal e-mail from me with your tracking number), please contact me with full details by clicking here. I will follow up with Australia Post and keep you updated with progress.

Provided you haven't modified or damaged the products in any way, I will replace, or refund the cost of, the item(s) upon receipt at the office.
